Seed Funding Call für internationale Lehrinitiativen

Lehrende der WU und der ENGAGE.EU-Partneruniversitäten sind eingeladen, bis zu 10.000 Euro für die gemeinsame Entwicklung von Lehrinitiativen zu beantragen. Die erste Ausschreibung im Rahmen des neuen ENGAGE.EU Academic Initiative Incubators läuft bis zum 25. September 2024 und fördert die Zusammenarbeit und Innovation in der Lehre innerhalb der ENGAGE.EU-Allianz.

Akademisches Personal der neun ENGAGE.EU Partneruniversitäten ist eingeladen, eine Anschubfinanzierung von bis zu 10.000 € für die Entwicklung neuartiger Lehrinitiativen zu beantragen. Ziel ist die Förderung gemeinsamer Bildungsangebote, die die Zusammenarbeit und Innovation innerhalb der ENGAGE.EU Allianz vorantreiben.

Förderfähig sind Initiativen, an denen mindestens drei Partneruniversitäten beteiligt sind und die neue Kurse und/oder Lehrformate im Sinne der ENGAGE.EU Mission entwickeln und durchführen. Die Fördermittel können unter anderem für Personalkosten, Reisen, Veranstaltungen und die Erstellung von Kursmaterialien verwendet werden.

Zwei Informations-Webinare am 25. Juni und 12. September 2024 bieten Gelegenheit, mehr zu erfahren, sich mit anderen Interessierten auszutauschen und Fragen zu stellen. Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 25. September 2024, die Ergebnisse werden Anfang November 2024 bekanntgegeben. Der Förderzeitraum läuft dann von November 2024 bis Oktober 2026.

Im Frühjahr 2025 und 2026 werden zusätzliche Finanzierungsrunden im Kontext des ENGAGE.EU Academic Initiative Incubators eröffnet.

Seed Funding Call for international teaching initiatives

Academic staff from WU and the remaining ENGAGE.EU partner universities is invited to apply for seed funding up to €10,000 to co-create teaching initiatives. The first call within the context of the new ENGAGE.EU Academic Initiative Incubator is open until 25 September 2024 and aims to encourage collaboration and innovation in teaching and learning across the alliance.

Academic teaching staff from the nine ENGAGE.EU partner universities is invited to apply for seed funding to develop cutting-edge teaching initiatives. The goal is to drive cooperation and innovation within the ENGAGE.EU alliance by promoting the co-creation of joint educational offers.

Initiatives that involve at least three partner universities and aim to jointly develop and implement new courses and/or teaching formats in line with the ENGAGE.EU mission can apply for seed funding of up to €10,000. The funding can be used for personnel costs, travel, events, the creation of course materials, and more.

Information webinars on 25 June and 12 September offer the opportunity to find out more, exchange ideas with other potential applicants and ask questions. The current call ends with an application deadline on 25 September 2024, before the results are announced at the beginning of November 2024. The funding period for seed funding allocated in 2024 is November 2024 to October 2026.
