The aim of the course is to enable students to deal with concrete problems in the real estate industry.
The general topic is analyzed in a joint discussion and broken down into manageable questions. These questions are addressed by the students in group work. Communication between the groups is maintained through regular reports. The course leaders support the groups in conceptualizing and implementing the selected questions.
The aim is to impart key analytical and social skills such as: defining and structuring questions, teamwork, data-based analysis, operationalization, critical evaluation of results.
In the event of more than two absences - for whatever reason - no assessment is made.
Students work independently with guidance and support from the course leader.
- Participation in the lectures, active participation (20%)
- Interim presentation (10%)
- Final presentation (20%)
- Submission of a positively assessed written work (group work) (50%)

If you have a valid registration for the lecture, but will not participate, please deregister during the registration period of LPIS. Your place will be available for other students.
During the registration period, free places are filled according to the “first-come, first-served” principle.
After the end of the registration period, the number of places is increased and students on the waiting list will be registered for the lecture based on their progress in their studies.
